If you find that someone had stolen his car plates with a screwdriver or similar to report to the police? be the car of a Mercedes or a Ford, what would you do? I need your opions please!

No, reporting which actually does not end in any action. Stolen cards are impossible to recover, its not really a single object, and no real way to track them. They stole all the time, especially Mercedes, Acura and Honda. My uncle had a local agreement and I think kids kept stealing his "H" emblems. I could not do anything respect.
