Has anyone done the past the mark of 1 year's leave the union Pacific Railroad?
I have read and heard that the Union Pacific has a clause calling for the termination of employees after being furloughed for 365 consecutive days. I had also heard that it was suspended end of 2009. Someone has done? What does suspension mean? Are we making time to 365 days now? He was discharged in February I'm making time for my 365 days?
I wish I could help, I was discharged a lot, but never more than 9 months. Wil His union representative has the information you need.
